Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use the Contact Us page to request a return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. If your refund is approved, we will credit your original method of payment within 10 business days. It may take additional time before your credit card or payment processing company posts your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any credit issued.
When shipping a return, please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your package can be located in the event it is not received.

Exchanges/Replacements
We will exchange or replace defective or damaged items if reported within 15 days of delivery. Please use the Contact Us page to request an exchange or replacement.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, refunded or exchanged.
